How To Return An Item

This return and refund policy by Katha Aromatics require that items that you want to return must be in its original condition. It must not be used when you return it to us unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item 2 days of your purchase. 

1. Please email to kathaaromatics@gmail.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number to the request.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. 

If you have bought at our Butuan City display, we highly recommend that you return the product immediately. Kindly bring the receipt and it must adhere to the standards indicated in this policy so that we will accept the product.

Return Exceptions

Moreover, the items cannot be returned if they are opened and have any sign of usage. Therefore, the soap bars, shampoo bars, and balm must not have any sign of usage. Also, the mists and other products must have the original content.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

Restocking Fee

The return and refund policy by Katha Aromatics indicate that all items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. 


The buyer is responsible to pay the shipping cost of the item or items returned. We will deduct the shipping fee if you receive a refund from us.
